Each session is 45 minutes of time carved out to work on the specifics. 1:1 PT is preferred by our clients with outstanding injury, entry fitness levels, heavy weight training goals, etc. We encourage your 1:1 sessions to be routine for maximum results. We recommend 2-4 sessions per week. 1:1 PT sessions incorporate a mix of strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises based on the needs of the client. Expect a slower, steady, but hard ass workout. *You may sign up for 1:1 Personal Training under the "training sessions" tab in our app. Be sure to click the "1:1 PT" subcategory for available time slots.
Small Group Training sessions are capped at 4 people per group. Limiting class size allows for more personalized coach/client engagement. You will work specific body parts on specific days, based on your schedule. No two sessions are the same. Some will incorporate HIIT, circuit training + cardio, whereas some will be focused on lifting, strength + resistance training. Each session is planned in advance based on the attendees of each small group. We ask that you sign up at least 12 hours ahead of time so that your trainer may plan accordingly.
* You do not have to create your own group, you may book with friends, but otherwise we create the groups for you based on your sign-up time. You may sign up for Small Groups under the "training sessions" tab in our app.
BASELINE SweatSesh is hybrid barre/yoga inspired class designed to burn, tone, shake + stretch. Each class is 45 minutes of high energy, beat driven movements to lengthen muscles while making you sweat. While class is currently limited to Saturday mornings, rest assured we plan to add more to the schedule as soon as we feel comfortable having larger gatherings in the studio. We have each station set in ‘pods’ of 4 in order to maintain a safe 6’ distance with your group members + other sessions happening simultaneously. Please wear a mask to your station + allow us to clean up your equipment.
